I draw upon the work of Laban Movement Analysis, Bartenieff Fundamentals, Neurological Developmental Patterns, and other Somatic Influences (Pilates, Alexander, Body Mind Centering). The approach uses hands-on repatterning with movement and verbal instruction to guide clients through a deepened self awareness that fosters optimal physical, emotional, and cognitive performance.
