I use the Expressive Arts, Somatic Movement Therapy, Compassionate Communication/NVC and the Life/Art Process®, an internationally recognized movement-based Expressive Arts Therapy model. My facilitation integrates a variety of methods to support emotional and physical health; creative growth; and a deeper relationship to life.

I am a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist, a Tamalpa Life/Art® Practitioner and hold a Master of Fine Arts in Dance. My work is rooted in my extensive experience as a professional dancer, educator and choreographer. For over 2 decades I have served locally and internationally.

Inspired by my own struggles with fertility and my personal growth and healing using art as medicine, it is with deep passion and sensitivity that I guide creating collaborative relationships based on empathy, safety, curiosity, humor and respect.  Together we explore the expressive arts practice, which combines dance, movement, visual art, and creative writing to access the innate wisdom of the body and the transformative power of the imagination. 

We do this to revitalize joy, peace and connection, building awareness through creativity as a highly effective means for growth and healing. The results: we feel lighter and more prepared to consciously and creatively participate in the flux and constant changes in our lives and in our world.
